CMAA’s Construction Manager-in-Training Level 2 (CMIT L2) designation is an extension of the CMIT certificate. L2 requires completion of CMIT Level 1, soft skills training: Emotional Intelligence in the AEC Industry: Pt 1 & 2 and Killer Communication Skills, pass CMIT Level 2 exams: Professional Practice, Quality Management, Cost Management. Supervisor(s) verify the candidate has 6 months of experience in Professional Practice, Quality Management, and Cost Management.
