Successful completion of CoffeeChat's Peer Coaching Essentials course, a self-paced e-learning module and comprehension quiz that introduces the principles of peer coaching and how to use the GROW model.
Successful participation in at least 3 two-way peer coaching sessions within the past 12 months with other Peer Coaches matched through CoffeeChat's Peer Coaching Network.
