Earners are able to understand and demonstrate the basics of in-person facilitation and adult learning principles to create an engaging learning environment, by applying Effective Presentation & Facilitation Skills, including the tools and technology available to help them facilitate.

Earning Criteria

Complete the Strength Assessment Tool evaluation (total of 20 mins).

Attend the CME In-person Workshops to become more confident as you lead and manage customers (total of 20 hours).

Complete the Customer Planning template and the Live Role-Play.

Get Certified on the CME In-Person Train The Facilitator Workshops that includes: 1.5 days workshops + Facilitate a CME Section to demonstrate facilitation skills and knowledge of the CME Framework (total of 24 minutes facilitation).

Facilitate at least 3 CME sessions throughout the year.

Obtain above benchmarking results on Metric That Matter (MTM) (4.5 or above).
