Earning Criteria

Complete six e-Learning modules about DEFG+ Framework (total of 3 hours).
Attend the DEFG+ In-person Workshops to enhance their knowledge and skills needed to build strong engagement with your distributor and to drive strong business performance (total of 16 hours).
Get Certified on the DEFG+ In-Person Train The Facilitator Workshops that includes: 1.5 days workshops + Facilitate a DEFG+ Section to demonstrate facilitation skills and knowledge of the DEFG+ Framework (total of 24 minutes facilitation).
Facilitate at least 2 DEFG+ sessions throughout the year.
Obtain above benchmarking results on Metric That Matter (MTM) (4.5 or above).
