Earning Criteria

Complete a 12-week course in Kaizen for Leaders consisting of a Leader Nomination, a 20-question pre-assessment, mandatory Kaizen learning activities pathway (2-hours total), 32- hours of in-person instruction, a 20-question exam with 80% or more score, an Instructor Review survey, a Kaizen Project with Presentation, and a final course evaluation.
