Earning Criteria

Complete 20 hours of ICF-approved coach training curriculum of which 18 hours are in-person lessons
Deliver peer coaching for the duration of the course
Complete 2 assignments based on a behaviour change project. Submit a coaching report at the end of the module.

Standards

International Coaching Federation PCC Credential

Coaches are trained in accordance to the ICF PCC Coaching Standards, with a focus on ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Module trainers are experienced ICF PCC and MCC instructors who bring 20 years of experience in coaching and coach-training.
