Earning Criteria

  • Complete the Coaching for Growth course requirements which include gaining coaching knowledge through lectures, collaborative group work, and coaching practices.
  • Undertake a series of assessments featuring real-time coaching with an ICF PCC/MCC Coach and Trainer as an observer evaluator.

Standards

International Coaching Federation ACC Credential
Graduates of this program undergo training and assessments that are in line with the ICF ACC Credential standards. Coaches are tested for delivery that aligns with the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Training hours offered count towards the 60 hours required for an ICF ACC credential.
