Earners receiving the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, help meet the growing need of qualified early childcare and education staff. The CDA Credential, nationally administered through the Council for Professional Recognition, is the most widely recognized credential in the early childhood education and is a key steppingstone on the path to career advancement in ECE. Earners can work in Head Start, Preschool, infant/toddler, family childcare and home visitor programs.
