Topics include emotional intelligence (EQ), cognitive dissonance, self-assessment in the context of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), stress coping mechanisms, working with nonverbals, cognitive bias, organizational communication, the role of attitudes, beliefs, & values in workplace communication, and trust repair.
