Earning Criteria

  • Edgewood College, Madison, WI. Prerequisite: NRS 340, NRS 341, NRS 390, or consent of the instructor. Competitive admission, departmental approval.
  • Applicants must have successfully completed the first 3 semesters of their pre-licensure training.
  • This is an elective course with competitive admission. A stated interest in perioperative or surgical care is a non-waivable requirement for the course. If a student nurse at a different college is interested in this course, please contact CCI or Edgewood College for additional information.
