Creates a document (in outline format) that contains a list of the major instructional goals for the course and the learning objectives for each unit. Each learning objective should have at least one assessment mapped to it. Provides a brief description of each assignment or assessment. Articulates somewhere in the document a strategy for how feedback will be given (how quickly, using a rubric, etc.). How it will it benefit student progress (formative, summative, is re-submission allowed?).
