Passes the Competency #4 - Curriculum Design & Evaluation Exam with an 80% or better.

Using a previously created lesson: 1) adds a Course Objective that links to a Lesson Plan Objective. 2) adds a Leveled Learning Objective that links to the Course Objective. 3) adds a Program Outcome that links to the Leveled objective. 4) optionally revises any other components of the lesson plan as needed.

Creates a statement, usable in learner's personal teaching philosophy, that addresses: 1) personal mission statement; 2) thoughts on current nursing and health care trends, community and societal needs; 3) thoughts on nursing principles, standards, theory, and research; 4) thoughts on educational principles, theory, and research; and 5) personal feelings on use of technology in education.
