Earning Criteria

  • Passes the Competency #2 -Facilitates Learner Development and Socialization Exam with a score of 80% or better.
  • Creates four lesson plans with learner's choice of topic(s) using the blank Active Teaching Map.  Uses a separate map for each lesson plan.  Uses this activity to develop relevant topics for personal career that could be used in practice.
  • Provides a paragraph for learner's CV that describes their personal, professional development, and how learner will encourage others to enhance their professional development
  • Reports and reflects on the learner's own VARK and KOLB learning style inventories, and their Meyers-Briggs personality inventory
