Completed Connectedness Coaching workshop series (4 two hour webinars, 8 hours of education in total). Connectedness Coaching inspires intentional acts of kindness. It aims to reduce social isolation and improve individual wellbeing. Through appreciative inquiry and promoting meaningful engagement in the larger community, Connectedness Coaching empowers community members and organizations to explore and enhance their resiliency.
