Earning Criteria

Badge earners engage in 35 hours of live virtual sessions along with self-paced "Bridge" learning assignments. Earners also participate in a one-hour, post-classroom, group coaching session as well as completing a personal DiSC assessment. All of which takes place over 5 - 6 weeks.
