Badge earners engage in 12 hours of highly interactive learning, incorporating individual reflection, small group collaboration, discussions, guided role plays, and scenario-based skill practice. Self-paced “bridge work” is completed between live sessions, as well as “calls to action,” where they apply key learnings with their team. The program culminates in a capstone event, where participants present collaborative solutions to specific DEI-related challenges within the organization.
