Earning Criteria

Badge earners engage in 12 hours of live virtual sessions, along with three self-paced “Bridge” learning assignments and two 60-minute 1-1 Coaching Sessions. Prior to the live, virtual sessions the "DiSC" Assessment is completed. After the sessions the "CliftonStrengths Finder" assessment is completed. All of which takes place over 4 weeks.
