Earning Criteria

  • Badge earners engage in 13 hours of live virtual sessions, along with three self-paced, “Prework” learning assignments and one 60-minute 1-1 Coaching Sessions. Prior to the live, virtual sessions the "DiSC" Assessment is completed. Prior to Session 3 the "CliftonStrengths Finder" assessment is completed. All of which takes place over 4 weeks.
