Earning Criteria

Badge earners engage in 18.5 hours of live-virtual sessions as well as completing the "Everything Workplace DiSC® (Wiley) assessment. During the learning journey participants will complete three, self-paced "Bridge" learning assignments to help reinforce individual learning. They will also have the opportunity to participate in two, 30 minute, 1-1 coaching sessions.
