Earning Criteria

Participants of the CAUDIT Managers Program are required to apply for the program and be endorsed by their organisations management.

Participants will display evidence of attendance, participation and progression through program content, completion of all program activities delivered in either face-to-face workshop or the equivalent online materials, and attendance at optional professional development or social events.

Participants will engage in a variety of learning activities including group work, experiential action-learning workshop, simulations, one to one coaching, personal reflection and reading, small coaching groups and structured feedback processes involving self, peers and professional coaches.

Participants must demonstrate competency in the core modules to receive the CAUDIT Managers Program Graduate badge.
