Earners will be introduced to academic integrity and recognise the importance of acknowledging the ideas of others in their own writing to avoid plagiarism. They will be provided with strategies to paraphrase, summarise and quote to integrate evidence into academic writing. They will identify how evidence is referenced as an in-text citation and the formatting required in a list of references.
