Earners have developed an understanding of the role of mentor with an emphasis on the LIFT Fellowship Scheme. They have an understanding of theorectical, experiential knowledge and skills in mentoring, and the principles of adult learning in the Advance HE context. They have developed these skills to assist in providing feedback as a mentor to help and support individuals in managing their own learning, and maximising individual potential, skills, performance and personal development.
