The Innovation Sprint is a structured process to identify organisational business problems, test ideas and prototypes over several weeks with a hands-on Hot-house experience applicable across a diverse range of problems and sectors. Participants have an opportunity to undertake strategic projects designed to add value to your organisation’s brand, integrating existing experience and capabilities, knowledge and skills acquired during the Hot-house applying them to their own organisational context

Earning Criteria

Particpants develop a business plan for their organisation during the duration of the programme and present it to their Executive Leadership team.

Participants attend a two day intense, hands-on Hot-House that is applied across a diverse range of problems from productivity, strategy, to EDI. During these sessions they follow a structured step-by-step process to identify key organisational business problems and test ideas and prototypes through a series of innovation exercises and activities.
