Morgan Sindall Senior Business Leader Programme

A total of 20 colleagues from across the regions were selected to take part in the 12-month Senior Business Leaders Programme. The programme combined taught modules with interactive and experiential workshops and a ‘think tank’ day with senior people from industry. As part of the programme, participants were tasked with undertaking a strategic project addressing big organisational issues considered critical to the business. The outcomes of these projects were presented to the executive team.

Earning Criteria

Participants on the programme combined taught modules on topics including developing effective business strategy, finance, change leadership, the macro-economic climate, leading change and stakeholder management applying these skills during interactive and experiential workshops

Participants undertook a strategic group project addressing big organisational issues considered critical to the business, utilising the models, tools and techniques they had covered during the taught modules.

Each participant presented back the outputs from their group projects to the Managing Director and Executive Team sponsors.
