The Gold module on Organisational Behaviour is the final of three levels, that provide learning up to Masters level. Learners gain an understanding of challenges and dichotomies present in organisations. The concept of social construction is introduced and discussed in the context of OB. Discussions on issues of diversity challenge the learners’ own assumptions about how knowledge is generated in organisation. Learners are introduced to the value of coaching in organisations.
