Learners complete activities for each of the skills described. To gain the Bronze badge learners complete all content and submit a summary of their organization's market orientation and the key weaknesses they have identified. For one product, they will recommend the market segment, its ideal target market, and how the product is positioned in the mind of the customer (Positioning). They will also identify one key challenge or opportunity using the PESTLE framework.
