This Bronze module on Strategic Thinking is the first of three levels that provides learning up to Masters level. The module introduces learners to the main principles of strategic thinking. Starting with foundations of complexity thinking, learners explore the strategic challenge of balancing innovation and efficiency, and start to work out answers to the 5 Key Questions for an organisation, and think through actions that a leader can take to move an organisation in the desired direction.
