Learners complete activities for each of the skills described. To gain the Silver badge learners complete all content and submit a report that considers a business and the market it operates in. Taking into account external forces acting in the market and the organisation’s internal capabilities, learners will suggest a viable strategic option that the business can pursue and what first actions the business should take to achieve the strategy.
