They understand the critical role of CNAs in supporting the complex needs of older adults and aligning care with their health goals, preferences, and quality of life decisions. Earners understand cognitive health and decline, medication management, and non-pharmacological interventions for sleep and cognitive decline, mobility issues and fall risks as they relate to older adults.
