A key part of the Vibrancy strategy is to provide the opportunity for continuous learning and the pursuit of different careers within DDAT. In developing this strategy, the most important things for us to factor in are where colleagues have skills and what topics they want to learn more about. Fuel50 is the platform used to help colleagues plan for their skill development, and we are now expanding its use across DDAT. We want to make sure the development programs offered match the skills needed.

The Skills Capture exercise is intended to give you the opportunity to identify the skills that are important to your current role and the skills you would like to sharpen in the future. Based on your role, some have already been selected and you should see that when you log in. You then have the chance to add additional skills that are part of your role with your level of proficiency and your interest level. This is also the best time to include skills that are important to you and your career
