Earning Criteria

Prerequisites; To enter the CIO Leadership Certification Course, the delegate will have to have demonstrated, by position in their organisation:Professional maturity to already hold the title of CIO (Chief Information Officer) or similar such as Vice President of IT, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Technology Officer, IT Director ORReporting to the person above in the Organisation Chart so are likely to be the head of one or more departments within the Information Technology Department.

Complete a 32 session course consisting of 16 live Video Conference lectures and 16 live Video Conference tutorials, totalling 64 hours of group learning within a global community.

Submit a portfolio of evidence through Coach Accountable demonstrating pre reading for the lectures and post actions resulting from the lectures likely to take 128 hours of individual work.

Present a final submission on the case study through Coach Accountable (likely to take 16 hours of individual time) and attend the Assessment Board meeting to defend the submission. This will be assessed against a predefined criteria where the delegate will need to achieve the level of ‘meets the role requirements’ or greater.
