The earner of this badge has completed over 2000 training hours as a Dale Carnegie Trainer, Minimum of 96 hours as a Master Trainer, has quality standards above average, experience in preparing trainers who become successful Dale Carnegie Trainers and passed a rigorous Carnegie Master certification process with peer assessments. In this role the earner is officially qualified to certify new Dale Carnegie Trainers, current trainers in curriculum areas and also certify new Master Trainers.
