Earning Criteria

Earners attended 5 training sessions & 1 group coaching session. They facilitated an Open Space session & participated in 3 additional sessions. Earners self-organized into groups and completed a group reflection. Each group contacted, organized, & facilitated a consultation meeting on behalf of an organization with each group member assuming a leadership role. Earners received feedback from the organization, conducted a peer review, and reflection. They were assessed across 6 requirements.
