Earning Criteria

Earners identified their personal creative style, how it manifests in a workplace, and how it impedes innovation within teams. They participated in 6 live sessions and submitted 12 reflections that examined biases and fears related to personal growth and team development. These were assessed by an instructor and scored a level 4 or higher on a rubric with an overall grade of 80% or higher.
