Participate in a personal 360-degree feedback assessment.

Complete the full course program designed to prepare individuals to effectively coach others on 360-degree feedback.

Meet one of the following requirements: • Have 2 years of Human Resources (HR) experience; or • Have 1 year of HR experience and a bachelor’s degree, or master’s degree in a field related to human resources, business, psychology or social psychology; or • Have a current coaching certification.
