Earners of the Adjudicator Professional Certification (APC) have a demonstrated understanding and application of occupational and technical knowledge, skills, and expertise necessary to proficiently perform essential adjudicator tasks, with the exception of due process functions. They are competent in skills such as type and scope of investigations, types of information sources, adjudication processes and guidelines, personnel security process, and procedures for due process.
