The methods of assessment include quizzes and examinations with a minimum passing score of 70 percent.

The methods of instruction include computer-based training. The general course topics include opportunity cost; comparative advantage; factors of production; demand and supply; elasticity; price controls and taxes; short run and long-run production costs; the profit maximizing rule; monopolies; macroeconomic tools; gross domestic product; classifications of the money supply; monetary tools; aggregate demand and supply; and inflationary and deflationary gaps.
