Deloitte’s “Coaching skills for effective conversations” Credly badge is a recognition of foundational coaching skills. This badge signifies a commitment to improving all professional conversations by using coaching skills developed through structured education, experience and exposure. Our programme is accredited by The Institute of Leadership. This confirms the programme has been independently verified and meets the evidence-based standards of their Five Dimensions of Leadership.
Earning Criteria

Complete 5 x 15-minute, interactive and practically-focused digital modules covering what coaching is and the core coaching skills of creating trust, active listening and asking questions.

Participate in weekly coaching triads practice, to coach and be coached by peers. After each coaching triads practice, complete a short assessment of your performance and your coaches’ performance.

Practice using coaching skills in daily professional conversations and triads for 12 weeks. In the first and twelfth week, complete a self-assessment which is based on a scientifically-validated scale that correlates to coaching behaviours. Compare results to gauge progress.
