Participate in a 3-hour interactive workshop covering when to use a coaching approach in conversations and why coaching conversations with team members might be different to coaching others.

Participate in a 3-hour interactive workshop focusing on how to give effective feedback using coaching skills, exploring how and why our brains perceive feedback in a negative way and how to receive and give feedback in a way that is easier to process.
