International Baccalaureate has recognized DePaul University’s program of study entitled “Leadership Practice: Leadership Theory and Practice” as meeting all the academic requirements of the IB certificate in the Leadership Practice. Program participants complete four fully online courses. Within this course, students will learn philosophy and mission; strategic planning; policy development; organizational structures and roles; culture and ethos; and resourcing and infrastructure.
