Completed a 4-week microlearning experience for nursing and allied health professionals comprised of 2 modules, 'Telehealth: The Basics' and 'Applying Your Telehealth Knowledge'.

The learner successfully demonstrated knowledge mastery, by working through 30 question based scenarios linked to the learning outcomes below:

1) Discuss the use of telehealth and describe the possibilities and limitations in a telehealth setting.

2) Explain the key consumer benefits delivered through telehealth and the people, systems, and processes challenges impacting effective delivery.

3) Review current telehealth guidelines and best practices aimed at improving healthcare and navigating challenges.

4) Discover ways of improving healthcare professionals’ confidence and skill levels to enhance the delivery of effective, efficient, and safe telehealth services.
