Earning Criteria

In order to serve on the DirectTrust Board of Directors, an individual must be a DirectTrust member and nominated by a colleague to serve a three-year term, and then elected through an all-member voting system. Individuals nominated to serve on the Board are leaders representing DirectTrust member organizations that are a key force in driving trust in healthcare and interoperability forward.
