This badge is awarded to engineers by the DC 37 Education Fund in conjunction with Marzzo Engineering. The person earning this badge has an understanding of common methods of storm water management, erosion, and sediment control. They can manage storm water resulting from rain that does not soak into the ground where elements can promote an overgrowth of algae in the waterways.
