The earner has demonstrated knowledge of, and skills in, giving and receiving feedback in a way that is situationally appropriate and effective and is able to apply them and lead others in doing the same. They have understood and applied several models to support the process of giving and receiving feedback and are able to navigate normal reticence to do so. The course emphasises the importance of providing balanced feedback.
