Quality & Continuous Improvement (QCI) Advisory Board Member

The QCI Advisory Board assists EMU PPAT in bridging professional and continuing education offerings to industry needs, providing strategic advice, consulting on the development of new and existing curriculum, providing insight into instructor and speaker selection, and discussing ways EMU PPAT can better meet the educational needs of the industry they represent. In addition to advisory roles, board members also serve as ambassadors for the program.

Earning Criteria

Advisory Board members are industry experts representing national, regional and local organizations.

Advisory Board members (1) participate in quarterly meetings, (2) understand and promote the mission and vision of EMU PPAT, (3) provide insights into industry needs, trends, best practices and emerging themes, (4) provide guidance on course / program objectives, topics and general direction, (5) provide recommendations to improve the quality and relevancy of course materials, (6) represent students, corporate clients and other users during program reviews, and (7) serve as program ambassadors.

Advisory Board members will serve a term of three (3) years with the option to serve up to an additional three (3) years in an executive board role.
