Badge earners identified a unit or module of an existing or planned course into which they would ordinarily copy outside content and applied the four-part PANE test to determine the strengh of their fair-use-copying argument; expanded their list of resources and mocked up a resources page for the unit or module; examined their institutional intellectual-property policies and suggested modifications to allow their institution to best meet its course-development and data-network goals.
