Badge earners completed the microcredential planning process through a meta-activity of identifying purpose, value, and stakeholders; they identified stakeholders and developed competencies or standards to embed in credentials for an actual project at their institution and designed one or more credentials; and they created and shared an outreach plan for earners, which included media, brochures, or websites.
