EFQM’s scheme for continuing professional development provides a general framework and guidance but allows you the flexibility to create your own personal development path. You need to demonstrate at least 30 hours of CPD over a 3-year period to have your EFQM assessor qualification renewed. CPD activities must include a mixture of different types of learning, so you will need to carry out at least three different types of activity.
