Earners of the EFQM Performance Improvement Leader understand the overall RADAR logic, how RADAR can be applied to a practical, work-based project. They are able to deploy RADAR across day to day initiatives and key projects and provide guidance on how to approach and complete a project. They have presented their project to the EFQM Expert Panel, and answered questions on how they applied RADAR logic and principles in their specific project.
