Earning Criteria

To qualify for EGN membership, professionals need to have at least 10 years of relevant executive experience. They also need to pass a one-on-one meeting with one of our Community Growth, Vice President who assess the potential member to ensure that they qualify and will adhere to our standards. Members also need to approve each new member. Each new member also needs to sign an NDA as peer group meetings are confidential. Finally, each member needs to pay the yearly membership fee.
